Trisha and Cody met quite by surprise in Washington D.C. After a first date spent wandering the city with ice cream in hand, they realized they really really liked each other. Three years later, they’ve made memories with new friends and family, said goodbye to beloved pets, welcomed new ones, moved in, moved out, moved back into the DMV, checked off a few things on their bucket list, and even weathered a pandemic together.

This has led them to the conclusion “Hey, I’d really like to do this with you for the rest of my life.” So here they find themselves, celebrating their marriage with all of their friends and family.

We never know what the future might bring, but we do know that having your favorite person by your side makes the world brighter.
